App crashing or freezing

If the Sparkery app is crashing, freezing or not responding as expected, there are a few things you can check before contacting our Support team.

1. Check you're using the latest version

Make sure you have the latest version of the Sparkery app installed.

To check for updates:

  • Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
  • Search for Sparkery.
  • If an Update button is available, install the latest version and try opening the app again.

App updates often include bug fixes, performance improvements and stability enhancements.

2. Restart the app

If the app is still unresponsive, close it completely and reopen it. If the issue continues, restarting your phone may also help.

If you're using the latest version of the app and it's still crashing or freezing, please contact the Sparkery Support team.

To help us investigate the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your phone model
  • Your operating system version (iOS or Android)
  • The version of the Sparkery app you're using
  • A description of what happens before the app crashes or freezes
  • The screen or feature you were using when the issue occurred, if applicable

The more information you can provide, the quicker we'll be able to identify the cause and help resolve the issue.
