Sleep tracking isn't working
If your Sparkery wearable isn't recording your sleep, there are a few things you can check before contacting Support.
1. Check your wearable is connected
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that your Sparkery wearable is connected to the app.
To check your connection:
- Open the Sparkery app.
- Tap your profile icon (your initials) in the top-left corner.
- Under My Device, you should see your device ID and current battery level.
If this information isn't displayed, your wearable may not be connected.
2. Check your battery level
Your wearable should have at least 10% battery remaining before you go to sleep to ensure it can record your sleep throughout the night.
You can check your battery level from your profile by tapping your initials in the top-left corner of the app.
3. Check the fit of your wearable
For accurate sleep tracking, your Sparkery wearable should fit snugly against your wrist with minimal movement, without being uncomfortably tight.
Wearing it too loosely can affect the quality of the data collected.
Still having problems?
If you've checked all of the above and your sleep is still not being recorded, please contact the Sparkery Support team.
When you get in touch, it would be helpful to include:
- Your device ID (found under My Device)
- Your phone model and operating system
- A brief description of the issue you're experiencing
This will help us investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
