Charging your Sparkery wearable
Keeping your Sparkery wearable charged is quick and easy.
How to charge your wearable
- Attach the magnetic charging cable included in your Sparkery box to your wearable.
- Connect the USB-C end of the cable to a powered USB-C charger or compatible power source.
- A light on the side of your wearable will illuminate to show that charging is in progress.
Checking your battery level
You can view your wearable's current battery level at any time in the Sparkery app.
Simply tap your profile icon (your initials) in the top-left corner of the app to see the latest battery status.
Battery life
A fully charged Sparkery wearable typically provides 5–7 days of battery life, although this may vary depending on how you use your device.
Important charging information
For your safety and to protect your device:
- Do not attempt to charge your wearable if the charging cable or device appears damaged.
- If your wearable has been exposed to water or has recently been washed, ensure it is completely dry before connecting it to the charger.
- If you need a replacement charging cable, please contact the Sparkery Support team and we'll be happy to help.
