Taking good care of your Sparkery wearable will help keep it comfortable to wear, performing accurately and looking its best.

Cleaning your wearable

We recommend cleaning your Sparkery wearable regularly to keep it free from sweat, dust and everyday dirt.

To clean your wearable:

• Remove the device from the wristband.
• Wipe the device gently with a soft, damp cloth.
• Wash the wristband using warm water and mild soap.
• Allow both the device and wristband to dry completely before reassembling or charging.

Do not:

• Use harsh cleaning products or solvents.
• Put the wristband or device in a washing machine or dishwasher.
• Charge the wearable while it is still wet.

Looking after your wearable

Your Sparkery wearable contains sensitive electronic components and should be handled with care.

To help protect your device:

• Avoid dropping, crushing, puncturing or burning the wearable.
• Do not continue using the device if it becomes damaged.
• Avoid excessive exposure to dust, sand or other abrasive materials.
• Keep the device out of reach of young children unless supervised.

Operating temperature

For the best performance, use your Sparkery wearable in ambient temperatures between 0°C and 45°C.

When not in use, store it in temperatures between -20°C and 70°C.

Using or storing your wearable outside these temperature ranges may reduce battery performance or cause damage to the device. Where possible, avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity.

Avoid excessive heat

To protect both you and your wearable:

• Do not expose the device to extreme heat or prolonged direct sunlight.
• Never leave the wearable in very hot environments, such as inside a parked car on a sunny day.
• While your wearable is charging, avoid placing it under a pillow, blanket or any material that could trap heat.
• If you have a medical condition that affects your ability to sense heat, take extra care when charging or wearing your device.
