Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we'll send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout.

This email confirms that we've received your order and are preparing it for dispatch.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after they're placed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there are any unexpected delays to your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking link.

Using this link, you'll be able to:

• Track your parcel's journey
• View the latest delivery updates
• See confirmation once your parcel has been delivered
