Delivery timescales

We're excited for you to receive your Sparkery order! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

How is my order delivered?

All Sparkery orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

How long will delivery take?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver parcels within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and during particularly busy periods.

Please note that delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after they're placed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there are any unexpected delays to your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking link.

Using this link, you'll be able to:

  • Track your parcel's journey
  • View delivery updates
  • See confirmation once your parcel has been delivered

My order hasn't arrived

If your estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend checking your Royal Mail tracking information first, as this will usually provide the latest delivery updates.

If your parcel still hasn't arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact our Support team with your order number and we'll be happy to investigate.
