How to place an order

You can purchase your Sparkery products directly from sparkery.com.

We currently offer:

  • Sparkery Wearable – available to order now.
  • Sparkery Body Bundle – includes the Sparkery Wearable and Sparkery Smart Scales. (available for delivery from mid-August.)

Placing your order

Ordering from Sparkery is quick and easy.

  1. Browse our website and select the product you'd like to purchase.
  2. Choose the quantity you'd like to order.
  3. Click Add to Basket.
  4. Review your basket and select Checkout.
  5. Enter your contact, delivery and billing details.
  6. Complete your payment using one of our available payment methods.
  7. Once your order has been placed, we'll send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided.

Please note: The email address you use when placing your order will also be used to create your Sparkery account and sign in to the Sparkery app. If you'd like to use a different email address, our Support team will be happy to help.

Before you complete your order

Before confirming your purchase, you'll have the opportunity to review all of your order details, including the products you've selected, your delivery information and your payment details.

Please take a moment to check everything carefully before submitting your order.
