Updating your profile
Keeping your profile up to date helps Sparkery provide more personalised insights and recommendations.
How to update your details
- Open the Sparkery app.
- Tap your profile icon (your initials) in the top-left corner.
- Select My Profile.
From here, you can update your:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Work information (working pattern, working days and working hours)
- Lifestyle information (activity level, alcohol consumption and smoking status)
- Measurements (height and weight)
- Sleep goals
- Daily step goal
Your changes will be saved automatically and used to personalise your experience throughout the app.
Updating your email address
Your email address is linked to your Sparkery account and is used to sign in to the app.
If you'd like to change the email address associated with your account, please contact the Sparkery Support team and we'll be happy to help.
