Setting up your Sparkery account

Once your Sparkery wearable arrives, you'll receive a welcome email from our team with everything you need to get started.

Setting up your Sparkery account only takes a few minutes.

1. Sign in to the Sparkery app

Open the Sparkery app and sign in using the email address you used to purchase your Sparkery wearable.

If you'd prefer to use a different email address, please contact our Support team before signing in and we'll be happy to help.

2. Verify your email address

After entering your email address, we'll send you a secure one-time access code.

Simply enter the code in the app to sign in to your Sparkery account.

3. Personalise your experience

The first time you log in, we'll ask you a few short questions about your goals, lifestyle and wellbeing interests.

This takes less than five minutes and helps us tailor your Sparkery experience, so you receive personalised insights, relevant content and recommendations from day one.

Once that's complete, you'll be ready to pair your Sparkery wearable and start your journey towards healthier habits.
