Downloading the Sparkery app

Setting up your Sparkery app only takes a few minutes.

Download the app

  1. Search for Sparkery in the App Store (iOS 15 or later) or Google Play (Android 10 or later).
  2. Tap Install and wait for the app to download.
  3. Once installed, open the app. You'll be greeted by the Sparkery welcome screen.

Sign in

  1. Enter the email address you used when purchasing your Sparkery wearable.
  2. If you'd like to use a different email address, please contact our Support team before signing in.
  3. Tap Continue.

Verify your email

  1. We'll send a one-time login code to your email address.
  2. Check your inbox (and your junk or spam folder if you don't see it straight away).
  3. Enter the code into the Sparkery app to securely sign in.

That's it! You're now ready to pair your Sparkery wearable, explore your personalised insights, and start building healthier habits.
